Cancellation Policy and Conditions: 

A penalty will be levied on confirmed bookings that are posted prior to the contracted event commencement date - at a scale as follows, according to the original contracted amount:

  • Postponement in excess of 21 days 100% refund
  • Postponement within 15 to 21 days prior to booking 50% refund
  • Postponement within 8 to 14 days prior to booking 25% refund
  • Postponement within 1 to 7 days prior to booking 10% refund

In season, no refund on deposit after 31 days or less from 15th May – 15th July 2010.
