Cancellation Policy and Conditions
A penalty will be levied on confirmed bookings that are postponed or cancelled prior to the commencement date; at a scale as follows, according to the original contracted amount, less any commissions deducted.:
- Cancellation/postponement in excess of 21 days prior to commencement date - 100% refund of the original contracted amount
- Cancellation/postponement within 15 to 21 days prior to commencement date - 25% refund of the original contracted amount
- Cancellation/postponement within 8 to 14 days prior to commencement date - 10% refund of the original contracted amount
- Cancellation/postponement within 1 to 7 days prior to commencement date - No refund, unless prior arrangements were made
